These terms establish the legal framework for using the KebunKopi platform, intended exclusively for optimizing the supply chain for wholesale trade in specialty coffee and industrial roasting equipment.

By accessing or registering on the platform, the user fully accepts the terms described below. Any use contrary to these terms is prohibited.

KebunKopi (referred to as the "Platform") is managed by KebunKopi SRL, headquartered at Aleea 1 Decembrie no. 6/0, bl. A, ap. 35. The platform facilitates B2B relationships between agricultural producers and international distribution networks, ensuring raw material traceability and rigorous control of processing standards.

Services include: listing offers for green coffee and equipment, managing customs documentation, coordinating consolidated transport (LCL), and monitoring batch quality.

To use the services, the user must create an account, providing accurate and complete information. Any changes to contact details must be communicated within 5 business days.

• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and for all activities carried out under their account.
• It is prohibited to use the platform for transactions that do not comply with current legislation on trade in agricultural products and industrial equipment.
• KebunKopi reserves the right to suspend the account in case of repeated violation of the terms.

The platform guarantees the traceability of raw materials through provenance documents issued by producers and certificates from third-party bodies (e.g., organic certification, direct trade).

KebunKopi is not responsible for the final quality of batches after delivery but ensures document verification before shipment. Any non-conformity must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Producers and distributors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, technical specifications, and prices displayed on the platform.

KebunKopi does not intervene in commercial negotiations between parties but only facilitates communication and logistics. Any dispute regarding the quality or quantity of goods is resolved directly between the buyer and seller.

KebunKopi cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions caused by the use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

KebunKopi's total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the value of the commission paid by the user in the 6 months prior to the event.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the platform. The user consents to the collection and storage of information necessary for providing the services.

KebunKopi does not share user data with third parties, except for logistics partners strictly necessary for delivery (carriers, customs agencies).

KebunKopi reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with prior notice of at least 14 days via email or announcement on the platform.

Users who do not agree with the changes may cease using the services within the notice period. Continued use after the new terms come into effect constitutes acceptance.

The user may request account deletion at any time by sending a request to the email address info@kebunkopi.com. KebunKopi will process the request within 30 days.

KebunKopi may unilaterally terminate the user's access in case of a serious breach of the terms, without prior notice.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts in Romania.
